I couldn't wait all day to surprise the kids with their Valentine's Day party, I was so excited. The students had a blast and I got a couple good laughs out of it. The students played all sorts of minute to win it games followed by a few "healthy" treats while opening our valentines. We talked a lot about our lifeskill Sportmanship before playing and I was very impressed with the students. The rules to the games were as follows: You must pick a group of students two boys and two girls who you can work as a team with. Everyone must have a chance to participate and you need to always cheer them on no matter what! Take a look at the pictures as we played our minute to win it games.
Here were our games: Cupids Arrow- Students had to take a q-tip put it in a straw and blow as many into a bowl as possible in a minute. Cookie Face - My favorite to watch. The task was to place the cookie on your forehead and get it to your mouth with out touching it. ( I am so surprised by how face this was completed!) Marshmallow Toss- See how many marshmallows you can get in your partners mouth. Heart Stack- The task was to see how many conversation candy hearts you could stack in one minute. Heart Transfer- Using two pencils as chopsticks transfer the hearts from the bowl to the plate.
